Getting Britain back into work is key to our national recovery and our DWP Work Coaches are on the frontline of this effort – boosting their numbers means we can build back stronger. Minister for Employment, Mims Davies said: Through a rapid recruitment plan, the department will have 4,500 Work Coaches in place by October 2020, with a further 9,000 by March next year. These expert Work Coaches will be trained in how to get the best out of people and make sure they have the support they need to get back into work.
